SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at CustomTreatz Drip Apparel & Accessories. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipment Processing Time

 

All Ready to Ship items are processed within 3-7 business days.

Preorder items are processed with 2-3 weeks.

Most items are shipped the same day.

Please allow 3-7 days for items to be shipped.

 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Please keep in mind delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses 

 

 CustomTreatz ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

 

Customtreatz  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Customtreatz we are sorry to hear about any issues you have

pertaining your order. At the moment we do not issues refunds or

exchanges. If you have a damaged items and it was the company’s

fault we will fix the issue by issuing a store credit. You have 7 days

from confirmation of receipt to receive store credit. 

 

 Before we ship off your items we ensure the quality of each item.

With that being said there are many factors that might result in

products being damaged in transit.

 

For us to get this sorted out for you please leave us an email with

your contact number, order number, and also a photo of the item(s)

damaged
